Go cart

Jeff found a good deal on a go cart. He's been wanting something we could take up to the cabin. We decided to take it out to the yard one Saturday to give it a try. I actually don't think the kids enjoyed it as much as we thought, but it will be fun to ride up in the mountains.

New Years Eve

I have to share this picture cuz it made me happy. Daisy let Lindsay sleep in her bed almost every night during the break. I enjoyed hearing them in there giggling and talking at night. Of course they got very little sleep but I never had a sister close enough in age to do this with.We got invited out to the desert on New Years Eve by our good friends. The kids had fun playing with their friends and the adults enjoyed visiting and relaxing. We had a yummy dinner and campfire that night.

Christmas Morning

The kids opened up their new pj's and had a sleepover in Daisy's room on Christmas Eve.

Santa was good to us this year and the kids got what they wanted. Daisy got a ukulele and a football. Lindsay finally got a DS. She's been asking for 3 years.

Cooper got his shark ship.

We had a nice relaxing morning. We didn't have church til 11 and we had no where to be. We got to enjoy a quiet day and play toys and watch movies. It was fabulous.

Christmas Sunday

I love having Christmas on Sunday. Even better, is that our new church is finished and it's across the street from our neighborhood so we get to walk to church now. I love it.

Christmas Eve

Cooper was 'ninja' Joseph.

Daisy backed out playing Mary at the last minute (boy those pre teen girl hormones are gonna be the death of me) so I got to be Mary.

We spent Christmas Eve at the Day's. We had dinner, played games, exchanged gifts, and had the nativity. Then we had to drive home and get in bed so Santa could come.

We had dinner and the cousin gift exchange. We had a talent show. Lindsay just started piano so she played 2 songs. Daisy wouldn't play her songs. Don't know what her problem was. Cooper got up and sang Jingle Bells for us. Then they did the nativity. It was a fun night with our family.

Cooper loves playing in the leaves and grandpa has lots of good trees in the yard. There is alot of piles to make and jump in.

She's cancer free!

Jillyn and Brandon were going to California for Christmas but they drove here for a couple of days before. We were so excited too because Jillyn found out on December 19th that her cancer was gone! We had a family fast for her on Sunday and she has had so much love, prayers, fasting and support from friends and family. We are so thankful she is cancer free!

Christmas Party

I got to go volunteer in Cooper's class on the last day before vacation. He has amazing teachers. They had 8 centers and they made super cute crafts. It was so much fun to watch him in action. He loves school and it was fun to spend the day with him.They got to clean their desks with shaving cream. Cooper was in heaven. That is his most favorite thing to do.

New Backyard

Our backyard was half done when we bought it. The only problem is that they planted trees in dumb spots and they planted all the ones that shed things all over. Not what we wanted. So we (and by that I mean Jeff) chopped them all down to start fresh. We are going to plant grass and hopefully grow a garden.

Jamee's Wedding

eleven-eleven-eleven. Do you know how crowded the temple was that day? The wedding was amazing and the reception was the bomb! I love my family and I love bustin a move on the dance floor with my sisters, Randy and my kids. Cooper tore it up. It was such a fun day!
