Our week in pictures

King Cooper. Lindsay made Cooper this crown. He loves the book Where the Wild Things Are, and Max is king of all the wild things so they played it one night and she made him this crown. He hung it on his bedpost at night, and wore it for 2 days. So cute.
Lindsay and Cooper out playing in the snow. It is getting warmer so it isn't lasting as long so they go out any chance they get.

Blackmail photos and video

Cooper was so proud of himself. He got himself dressed and came down and put a show on for us. It got funnier and funnier. Lindsay decided to make fun of what Cooper was wearing, but she totally embarrassed herself. Too funny.

My Valentine

My Valentine is in Arizona. I'm in Utah. This sucks. But at least he got to come home last weekend. It had been a month since he left. We still aren't sure what we're doing yet. We haven't had that answer yet. I haven't anyway. I'm at peace though. I don't feel stressed or anxious. I just feel sad when he's not here. I love you Jeff!

Pictures taken Monday Feb. 8th. Jeff's last night before he flew back to AZ on Tuesday morning. We drove up Provo Canyon and went to Deer Creek Reservoir and then to Heber City to see the trains and had dinner. I love this place.

Daisy's Birthday party

Daisy has the funniest friends. I was cracking up for 2 hours. I'm so happy she has such good friends. She had the best time with them today. We decorated notebooks and made feather pens which I thought were a bust but the girls thought they were so cute. Cooper was eyeing all her presents and enjoyed helping her open them.
Double digits means the beginning of obnoxious behavior. Oh boy. We are in for a treat.

This is Cooper's favorite past time. He finds any kind of paper and sits there and rips little pieces off. So annoying. I find shredded paper all over the house everyday.

Girls and valentines

Today Daisy and Lindsay had their Valentine parties at school. We have a four day weekend! Woohoo! Just wanted to get pics of their cute $3 shirts from Walmart. And Lindsay came home with this cute Special Delivery heart on! So cute. All the kindergartners and 1st graders came walking out of school with them on!This shirt is all too true. If you have ever gotten weird texts from me, they aren't for me. I'm shocked at how good she is at it. Scary.

Finally!!!!

This kid finally went #2 in the potty! It only took buying a train! I went to the store and found 3 trains and stuck them on the fridge. I told him he could earn them. So far he has 2 out of the 3. I realize I have so many pics of him in his undies but that's what he looks like all day! Plus it's so stinkin cute! I love that he is so proud of himself! Keep up the good work buddy!

Train store

Who needs to spend hundreds of dollars on a train table when you can just go to the hobby store and play for free for hours!
Cooper has renamed the hobby store to the "train store." He told me that dad was going to take him when he was here. Well we never made it so after we took Jeff to the airport I promised I would take him. He loves this place. They also have a train track in the back. It isn't on all the time. But don't worry, if it isn't Cooper will walk right up to the workers and ask if they will turn it on for him. The owner actually recognizes Cooper and if he is there he will turn it on before Cooper can ask. So. Funny.

Super Bowl & Daisy's Cake

Daisy wanted to wait until Jeff was home to have her cake. She picked chocolate with chocolate frosting. My kind of girl. We also made a variety of appetizers for our "Superbowl" party. Whatever. I didn't watch a second of the game. I really could care less. But for some reason Daisy is turning into quite the football fan. haha. She was so excited to watch the game and wanted to eat downstairs in front of the TV. But after Cooper spilt his Sprite and almost threw the cheeseball off the plate, we ate at the table. It was a fun and relaxing Sunday.

Dad's home

Jeff came home for the weekend. We went to the airport Saturday morning and went to Gateway mall. We grabbed some lunch and then went to the Discovery Museum.
Lindsay loved the Parmesan cheese. Gross.

We took the kids to this museum when Cooper was little. The kids loved it. Cooper spent the entire time at the water exhibit and was soaked from head to toe when we left. But hey I think we got our moneys worth.

Cooper loved the helicopter but it makes the noise like it's taking off and it scared the crud out of him so I had to go in and hold him.

Also, I have no pictures, but my mom flew in Thursday. Jillyn & I picked her up on Thursday and we went to Taipan and Ikea. We had lots of fun. She is staying with my grandparents so we stopped by on Saturday to say hi. Love this family picture! Nice pants Cooper!

What a nerd

This kid is hilarious! He will only pee this way. Even if we are out in public, we have to strip him down so he can go. Whatever, as long as he goes and tells me when he needs to, I'm happy. However, the #2 thing is ticking me off! He WILL NOT go in the potty. I can handle if he waits til bedtime and does it in his pullup. But no, he's like a dog and takes his undies off and goes wherever. It is so gross and I don't know what to do. He's stubborn and when he decides he's gonna do it, he will. I hope it's sooner than later!

Birthday day

Daisy opened up her presents before school. She got Monopoly, her new favorite game. Randy taught her how to play it at Christmas and loves it. She also got an American doll she wanted. (Target brand of course). Her choice for lunch/dinner that day was for me to take her out of school for lunch and go to Chuck A Rama. So Coop and I went and got her and had a fun lunch date with the birthday girl. She chose to save her birthday cake for this weekend when Jeff is home! Woohoo!
