The Eiffel Tower

When Jillyn and Brandon were here for the wedding, Cooper and Brandon built this cool Lego tower. Cooper has a new best friend. He loved hanging out with Brandon! This was his Eiffel Tower. I have no idea how he even knows what that is, but he was pretty proud of it.

Easter Fun- part 1

Jeff took the kids to the cabin with the Hall's for an Easter picnic/egg hunt. They had so much fun. They came home filthy, so that always mean it was fun. I'm so glad my kids have so many Hall cousins close to their age.

I sent my camera with Daisy and told her to get good pics. This was by far my favorite picture! He was in heaven. If there is dirt and water, there is no way Cooper can stay away!

Randy & Devlyn's Wedding

Best.Weekend.Ever. I love Easter. I love the flowers, colors, weather, family, atonement. I love celebrating the fun Easter on Saturday and enjoying the true meaning of Easter on Sunday. I got to teach the Young Women lesson so I spent alot of time during the week reading talks on the Atonement. I am so grateful for it and that I have the opportunity to teach my children the things they need to know to live with Heavenly Father and Jesus again. And I loved that I got to spend the weekend with my whole family. Jillyn and Brandon came down for Randy's wedding. I didn't take a whole lot of pics but Jillyn did so hint hint, I need more. We started Thursday night with a dinner at Mi Amigos with our family, Dev's family, and close friends. Friday morning was the sealing. It was an amazing sealing. I loved being at the temple with my husband and my family. Friday night was the reception. We danced our hearts out! We were even lucky enough to see some of Jeff's smooth moves! When I tucked Lindsay in bed that night she said she was exhausted. She danced the whole time! Saturday Jeff took the kids to the cabin lot with the Hall's and they had a picnic and Easter egg hunt, and got lots of prizes. I stayed and went and did baptisms for the dead with my YW. That night we ended it with a BBQ and another egg hunt with the Day's. Good food and good company all weekend. Doesn't get better than that! My favorite 4 year old!

When did Daisy look so old? Oh yeah when she decided she could fit into my shoes and wear heels!
Love this girl! I seriously don't think Randy could have picked a better one! My kids love their Aunt Dev!

This picture cracks me up! I was going through my camera and I had a bunch of 'candid' shots. My 11 year old likes the camera. It looks like we are doing a huddle. Ready, Break! haha!

All the Day/Hall girls. Even Kristin is having a girl.

The Day kids with Dev.

The grandson's with Randy. Yeah that's impossible to even try and get a good pic!

wildlife world zoo

cooper finished his animal section and school and came home with a bunch of fun crafts and was talking about zoo animals all day. so i decided to take him on a field trip. my friend gave me a free ticket so it was even better. and it's not that far from our house. he loved it, but i think this was his favorite part. you could walk up on this platform and feed the giraffes. cooper was a little scared to feed them. i don't blame him. those tongues were huge and kind of gross!

Baptism.Birthday.Breakfast.Bash

Since everyone drove out for the baptism, we decided to have the girls birthday parties too. Lindsay got baptized early so we had a brunch. The girls requested a donut cake and a cereal bar. It was yummy. We are so glad we are have family to celebrate fun occasions with.

Lindsay's Baptism

Lindsay was baptized and confirmed a member of The Church of Latter Day Saints by her dad. It was such a special day and every family member that lives in Az on both sides of the family came. It meant so much to her to have all her cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents there. She was so excited for this special day!

I am behind on blogging but I had to put this up so I could write this story down before I forget. Lindsay's primary teacher shared this with me at the baptism. They were having a lesson on the premortal life and how we made the choice to come to earth and receive a body and live with our families. All of a sudden Lindsay put her head in her hands and started crying. Her teachers were trying to figure out what was wrong. At the end of class, her teacher asked if she was ok, and she said that she was crying because she was so happy that she made the right choice. Seriously made me start crying at the baptism. That is just how Lindsay is. She is so sweet and sensitive and I think she really feels the spirit. She also started crying one week at testimony meeting because she said she felt the spirit and wanted to bare her testimony but she was too nervous. She is always worried about others and their feelings. I love having her sweet, loving spirit in her home. She was definitely ready to be baptized. It was such a beautiful day.

I have an 11 year old!

Where did the time go? I seriously am having a hard time with my kids getting so big! Daisy had a fun day even though I don't have that many pictures. On Saturday I took her and her friend, Brylee, to Ikea to buy her new bed we've been promising since we moved in. We also went shopping at Arizona Mills and had lunch. Those 2 giggled all day. On Tuesday Tiffany and I took Daisy and Brylee out at lunch time and went to La Placita for lunch. It was a fun girls day out. I took donuts to her class after. She also chose Barro's for dinner and requested her own salad. haha. We came home for the famous cupcake cake. Happy Birthday Daisy. She is turning into such a beautiful young women!
