for marmee and jillyn

This is the lovely view when you walk in. haha. We are putting our piano along the wall on the right and the couch and loveseat in the left area. It's really big and open. You can see the kitchen to the left. Behind that half wall is the family room and the TV goes inside that half wall. It has a built in nook kind of thing. My kids were bored so they had fun getting creative and being loud! Coopers room is down at the end. Our washer and dryer are to the left and the garage door to the right.

The kitchen view from the family room.

From the kitchen there is this little nook that we are going to put our bookshelf in. The right side has a nice closet we are using as a second pantry and to the left is the master bedroom.

The master bedroom. Look how dirty the carpet is and the wall. I havent cleaned the walls in this room yet.

Daisy's room. We got it all done today. It looks beautiful! I want another chocolate wall somewhere in my house. See how the carpet is already ripped out? Nice. Her turquoise armoire is going to look amazing in here. I cant wait.

Lindsays room. I took this in the dark so you cant really see the color. It is a brighter blue. It is super cute and her furniture will look so cute in there. She still wants a tree painted on the wall. (hint, hint, grandma the artist) Her colors are hot pink, aqua with black. I found the cutest zebra print lamp shade.

This is the hallway to the girls room and the bathroom. There is also cabinets down there for all of our games, art stuff, etc. Lots of storage.

Cooper's room is technically a den. The girls said Cooper is lucky cause he's in the "rich"room. It has a dimmer for the lights. haha! There is no door but we aren't in a hurry to add one. It did need a closet though. It had a perfect nook to enclose. It isn't very wide so Jeff just did a door because there wasnt a ton of room for closet doors. Cooper thinks its awesome it has a door so he can hide all his toys in there. Jeff was hard at work all.day.long on that thing, but he's handy and can do anything. And he loves when I take his picture ;)

Well hopefully I will get my bedroom painted tomorrow and start on Cooper's. Then Wednesday and Thursday we are painting the living room, family room, kitchen, halls, etc. The color is gorgeous and I am going to accent a couple walls with a darker gold.

Pretend Easter

Since it was Randy and Dev's wedding over Easter, I didn't really think of anything else. So of course Easter morning I forgot to take a picture of my cute kids in their cute matching clothes. So here it is a month late. The wind was blowing like crazy, Cooper was mad and not one turned out but oh well.

The Eiffel Tower

When Jillyn and Brandon were here for the wedding, Cooper and Brandon built this cool Lego tower. Cooper has a new best friend. He loved hanging out with Brandon! This was his Eiffel Tower. I have no idea how he even knows what that is, but he was pretty proud of it.

Easter Fun- part 1

Jeff took the kids to the cabin with the Hall's for an Easter picnic/egg hunt. They had so much fun. They came home filthy, so that always mean it was fun. I'm so glad my kids have so many Hall cousins close to their age.

I sent my camera with Daisy and told her to get good pics. This was by far my favorite picture! He was in heaven. If there is dirt and water, there is no way Cooper can stay away!

Randy & Devlyn's Wedding

Best.Weekend.Ever. I love Easter. I love the flowers, colors, weather, family, atonement. I love celebrating the fun Easter on Saturday and enjoying the true meaning of Easter on Sunday. I got to teach the Young Women lesson so I spent alot of time during the week reading talks on the Atonement. I am so grateful for it and that I have the opportunity to teach my children the things they need to know to live with Heavenly Father and Jesus again. And I loved that I got to spend the weekend with my whole family. Jillyn and Brandon came down for Randy's wedding. I didn't take a whole lot of pics but Jillyn did so hint hint, I need more. We started Thursday night with a dinner at Mi Amigos with our family, Dev's family, and close friends. Friday morning was the sealing. It was an amazing sealing. I loved being at the temple with my husband and my family. Friday night was the reception. We danced our hearts out! We were even lucky enough to see some of Jeff's smooth moves! When I tucked Lindsay in bed that night she said she was exhausted. She danced the whole time! Saturday Jeff took the kids to the cabin lot with the Hall's and they had a picnic and Easter egg hunt, and got lots of prizes. I stayed and went and did baptisms for the dead with my YW. That night we ended it with a BBQ and another egg hunt with the Day's. Good food and good company all weekend. Doesn't get better than that! My favorite 4 year old!

When did Daisy look so old? Oh yeah when she decided she could fit into my shoes and wear heels!
Love this girl! I seriously don't think Randy could have picked a better one! My kids love their Aunt Dev!

This picture cracks me up! I was going through my camera and I had a bunch of 'candid' shots. My 11 year old likes the camera. It looks like we are doing a huddle. Ready, Break! haha!

All the Day/Hall girls. Even Kristin is having a girl.

The Day kids with Dev.

The grandson's with Randy. Yeah that's impossible to even try and get a good pic!

wildlife world zoo

cooper finished his animal section and school and came home with a bunch of fun crafts and was talking about zoo animals all day. so i decided to take him on a field trip. my friend gave me a free ticket so it was even better. and it's not that far from our house. he loved it, but i think this was his favorite part. you could walk up on this platform and feed the giraffes. cooper was a little scared to feed them. i don't blame him. those tongues were huge and kind of gross!

Baptism.Birthday.Breakfast.Bash

Since everyone drove out for the baptism, we decided to have the girls birthday parties too. Lindsay got baptized early so we had a brunch. The girls requested a donut cake and a cereal bar. It was yummy. We are so glad we are have family to celebrate fun occasions with.
