Camping

Jeff's birthday was Friday and he wanted to go up to the new cabin property in Christopher Creek. It was the perfect weekend to go. It was rainy and cool. There was a ton of mud and Cooper & Lindsay were in heaven. We now have "cabin" shoes and clothes thanks to all the mud up there.
Jeff's parents bought the perfect spot for a new cabin. I cannot wait! It is absolutely beautiful up there.

Daisy loves cards/games as much as I do so there was alot of card playing.
We brought the table outside so we could play games and enjoy the beautiful weather.
We shot bb guns, went on hikes, fished, explored, ate, lounged, played in the mud, and enjoyed the mountains.

Willow Springs is close by, and everybody else decided to go that day too. We didn't catch anything, but the kids had fun.
Grandpa Ben stopped by on his way up to Heber.

We kept saying, whoever gets the dirtiest had the most fun. Who do you think it was? (Check out his shoes. They have like and inch of mud on the bottom.)

I've just been catching up on your blog here! Your family is having so many adventures! I read your San Diego post and really wanted to be there - sounds/looks so fun!
Camping is the best always. That is neat that your in-laws are going to build a family cabin - Lots of memories to be made!

How fun to be building a cabin...the site looks beautiful!
The kids look like they are having so much fun playing and getting dirty!! Aren't you thankful that you're not pioneers and you have showers and washing machines?!!!!
