We love Utah!

Ok this is Lindsay literally stuffing her face at The Brick Oven! This is the best pizza place! If you've been to Provo and never been here you are missing out! It used to be called Heaps of Pizza so my mom still calls it Heaps but we go there every summer when we were little so it's a tradition but I think I would drive the 680 miles just to get there salad bar, garlic bread, combination pizza, and red cream soda. Oh man, I miss this place!

My mom and I took the kids up the canyon. We went to Vivian Park first. They have 2 playgrounds ( Cooper is obsessed with playgrounds) and a lake that kids can fish in. Daisy and my mom read a sign about how Vivian Park got its name. Daisy came over and told me the story and then said that she was going to name her first daughter Vivian.:)
Then we drove to Bridal Veil Falls. You know where they filmed Savannah Smiles. (the end) Anyways now my mom has my girls watching Savannah Smiles. The kids loved the water at the falls.

So pretty! There is a trail that you can bike, skateboard, walk all the way down or up the canyon.
This is Lindsay on top of the roof of the Conference Center. They planted these wildflowers because that is what the pioneers saw when they came into Salt Lake.
We did the whole temple square thing too. The flowers they have are absolutely amazing!
This is at the Gateway mall. We did Salt Lake in a day and got the ride the TRAX. Cooper was in heaven that he got to ride the train! This is a little splash pad. They begged all day to get wet so on our way back to the car we let them get wet.

The Gateway has a museum for kids that is called Discovery Gateway. My cousin Nicole took us and we ended up getting in free because she has a season pass and so does her friend so we got their extras. Thanks you Nicole! And also thanks for hanging out with us while we were up there. The girls loved Kate and want to play again! Anyways this place is so cool. We were there for 31/2 hours and my girls would have stayed longer but we were all hungry. Here is Daisy, Lindsay, and Kate playing music.

They had a water play place and Cooper was in heaven. The had boats you could float. Of course he just splashed!
They had an air vac outside. Cooper climbed right in. The kid in the front pushed a button and it sounds like the helicopter is starting. You should have seen Cooper jump out! It was so funny!
They had a grocery store so you could shop and scan your food and bag it. They had a construction site with lots of cars to ride on. They had these tubes that you could put balls in and they would go through all the tunnels. They had a whole floor with arts and crafts and Lego's. We had so much fun there!

I am glad Kate got to play with your girls. The last couple of times we went to my parents house Kate asked if her friends were there to play with her. She loved your girls and I am glad we got to hang out.

Discovery Gateway is one of my kids favorite! We try to stop there every time we are in Utah. Can't wait to get up there in a few weeks. Cooler weather, here we come!
