Hall Party

We have our Hall Christmas party on the 23rd. We have a yummy dinner, talent show, and then the grandkids get to act out the nativity. We are getting quite the croud of kids now. It's alot of fun to have them together.

This was Cooper during the nativity. He wanted nothing to do with dressing up. He didn't participate in any of them. ( We did 3)

Grandpa Ben reads Luke 2 while the kids try to sit quietly. Doesn't happen, but I enjoy it still.

Uncle Daryl

Uncle Daryl invited us over for FHE. We had a yummy dinner and then the nativity. Daisy got to be Mary and Lindsay was a shepherd. Cooper wanted nothing to do with it. It was fun to visit with the extended Hatch family.
This is Talon Hatch and Daisy. We knew them from Noah Webster and how fun that we really are related to them. So fun.

The Hall cousins that were in the nativity.

Friends

We got to get together with some friends from our AJ ward while we were in town. My kids made sure we got to see them. We met at the park and they played for like 2 hours. Then the Bodell's and Hyman's went to McDonalds with us for lunch. It was so fun to sit and talk to my friends that I've truly missed. Thanks guys for such a fun day!

Family pictures

My mom attempted to take our family picture. Can you tell we were done? That's better.

Surprise!

I was dying to meet my new nephews so I told Jeff I really wanted to go to AZ for Christmas. We decided we should just go. I am so glad we went. We were there for 2 weeks and I enjoyed absolutely every moment! We told my mom we were leaving Saturday morning but we actually left Friday afternoon when the girls were done with school. We drove to Mesa and stayed the night at the Hall's (well every night we stayed there. We had 2 bedrooms for us!) I had called Devin & Chad and told them to go to moms on Saturday morning. It was a fun surprise for her! This is Preston. Funniest little boy. I loved playing with him!
This is Davis. The sweetest baby ever. I could hold him all day long.

Avery was a little unsure and took awhile to smile at me. But him and Cooper got right down to business and played cars.

Daisy and Lindsay were just as excited as me to see these boys. All 6 Day grand kids. What a good looking bunch!

School parties

The girls had a very busy week of school before the break. They had lots of parties. I got to help with Lindsay's party and we had a breakfast and played Christmas bingo. Daisy got to have an auction with their "money" they have been earning. Their music teacher was also busy. Each grade learned 2 Christmas songs and they performed them for the school. Of course they divided it up so I had to go 2 different days, but it was fun to see them perform.

More Snow

I woke up to go to work and it had snowed more. I love it but I sure am scared to drive in it. Jeff is so nice and he got up early with me and shoveled the driveway. (He's shoveled the driveway like 10 times in 2 days. Because he wants to not because he has too. He found a new hobby.) He put his truck in 4 wheel drive and I got to drive in the fresh snow. It was kind of fun driving in snow that hadn't even been plowed yet. Our kids love it!!!!!Cooper all geared up and ready to go sledding.

We took the kids to Rock Canyon park. It was so fun. Cooper didn't love the sledding so much but he loved walking around in the powder. It was really deep in a couple of spots and he loved walking through it.

Christmas

Two cute sisters, but where is their brother?

Yeah he's too busy making silly faces and running around the house. I tried, and I'm tired.

Temple Square

It was beautiful. The temple is gorgeous, the lights were pretty. But we must be Arizonians at heart because the Mesa temple lights put theirs to shame. Just saying. And we had to pay for parking and walk like a mile to get there. But it was still fun and I have never been to Temple Square at Christmas. My sister said there weren't as many lights as normal. There were lots of trees that were lacking.
